Debbie Beere advises that DBeere Yachts are now offering two new superyacht listings: the 30 metre Sunseeker, Jack Lo, and Sunseeker 84 Predator, UM6, both currently lying in Italy.
“Jack Lo is the first 30 metre to come onto the market as a pre-owned superyacht,” explains Beere. Launched in 2009, Jack Lo has two large master cabins with two additional cabins on the lower deck and a dining area for eight guests. With an asking price of £6,495,000 excluding VAT, the superyacht has every comfort-enhancing feature available including Trac Star Digital Stabilisers, extended fuel tanks, a stern thruster, a Jacuzzi and underwater lighting. “She really is of a very high specification and MCA compliant,” adds Beere.
The 84 Predator, UM6, was launched this year and is available immediately. “UM6 is also just listed and a new model,” explains Debbie Beere. The 84 has a wide beam matching the 92 Predator and significantly increased internal volume compared to the 82. With an asking price of £3,500,000 excluding VAT, UM6 is a visually striking yacht externally and internally with a black hull and a black satin walnut interior. “This is a rare opportunity to buy ahead of the waiting list,” assures Beere.
