Major price drop on 47m Heesen motor yacht Artisa

23 May 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

Burgess has announced a major price drop of circa $6,300,000 (20 per cent) on the 47-metre motor yacht Artisa. Previously listed for €27,500,000, she is now asking $25,000,000.

Artisa (ex Book Ends) was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen Yachts, delivered in 2017 as the last hull of 15 from the yard's 47 Steel series. She was designed by Omega Architects, with interiors by British studio Bannenberg & Rowell, while her naval architecture was completed in-house by the yard.

The 47-metre underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2023 and recently completed her Lloyd’s five-year special survey, which her broker noted now leaves her in "immaculate condition and turnkey ready".

Artisa is now asking $25,000,000

Her Bannenberg & Rowell interior – which features bright pops of colour and stylish geometric finishes – accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite and one VIP, one double and two twin cabins on the lower deck.

All of the cabins are complete with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities, with the master also equipped with a desk space, dressing table and large bath tub. Meanwhile, crew quarters sleep up to nine members of staff aboard this 499GT yacht for sale.

In terms of living areas, Artisa boasts a large main saloon with twin sofas, loose chairs and a dining table for 10. On the deck above, a spacious sky lounge with adjoining outdoor lounge space offers a more relaxed area for spending time with family or friends. There is comfortable loose furniture, a circular games table and a bar, as well as a retro games console and a large television, perfect for downtime.

Outside, Artisa boasts an enormous 83 square metre sundeck with a spa tub, bar, sunpads and space for working out, dining and relaxing. Her designers created an al fresco dining space on the upper deck aft, with seating on the main deck aft and the foredeck to create a total of nearly 185 square metres of outdoor deck space.

Her folding transom door offers easy access to the water via a large swim platform while revealing a stern garage with room for a 6.5-metre tender and a three-metre Yamaha Wave Runner.

Powered by twin 1,341hp MTU 8V 4000 diesel engines, the Dutch-build has an impressive transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots. Her precision steel hull with a bulbous bow and zero-speed stabilisers provides maximum comfort in all sea conditions or at anchor.

According to BOATPro, this is Artisa's third time on the market, with her last recorded sale in 2021.

Currently lying in Hong Kong, Artisa is now asking $25,000,000.
