Heesen Motor Yacht Lady Lara For Sale

The 44 metre Heesen motor yacht Lady Lara has been listed for sale by Rytis Babravicius at Ocean Independence.

Delivered in 2009 and most recently refitted in 2019, Lady Lara is one of the Heesen 4400 series that has been hugely popular since its launch. Her streamlined exterior and naval architecture are a joint product of Omega Architects and the Heesen Yachts design team. Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins configured as a full beam master suite, two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, flatscreen television sets and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep nine staff aboard this yacht for sale.

Lady Lara has an aluminium hull and superstructure with a beam of 9m and a 2.5m draft. She complies with MCA and ABS standards and has cutting-edge navigation systems controlled from a control centre onboard. A modern interior was designed by Omega Architects, who have used subtle lighting and fresh neutral tones to create an atmosphere of simple luxury.

She has a vast saloon on the main deck including a social area furnished with coffee tables, comfortable armchairs and occasional chairs while forward there is a formal eight-seater dining table, custom made from American walnut and topped with leather inlaid in intricate patterns of matt silver. The sophisticated entertainment centre includes a 42-inch Pioneer television screen.

Up in the sky lounge, there is more comfortable seating and an entertainment centre while the aft deck on this level offers every facility for al fresco entertaining and dining. More outdoor living is available on the sun deck, with sun pads, a dining area, Jacuzzi tub and a barbecue grill. Her top speed is 25 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,200 nautical miles at 10 knots with power coming from two 2,720hp MTU 16V4000M90 diesel engines. For added comfort and safety, she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Golfe Juan, France, Lady Lara is asking €15,750,000 with VAT paid.
