The 47.6-metre ISA motor yacht Rola has been sold in a four-broker, in-house deal at Burgess. Thibault Roi and Dimitris Maroulis represented the seller, with Richard Lambert and Chris Santon representing the buyer.

Rola was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard ISA to a design by Walter Franchini and delivered in 2006. This 498GT vessel was extensively refitted in 2015 and again in 2022.

Rola was asking €10,500,000

Accommodation is for up to 11 guests in five cabins comprising a full-beam master suite, two VIP suites and two twins, while crew quarters sleep nine.

The main deck saloon features two sofas facing one another with coffee tables and a sit-up bar with three stools. A colour palette of chocolate and cream continues throughout the vessel and is the result of an interior refit by Cristiano Gatto. Meanwhile, the sky lounge above offers an alternative social space with two L-shaped sofas and a circular dining or games table.

Rola is asking €10,500,000.

The aft deck has every amenity for al fresco entertaining and dining, including two large sun pads and a set of table and chairs. Upstairs, the sun deck has been intelligently designed for outdoor living, including crescent-shaped built-in seating to port and starboard facing two circular tables, a large Jacuzzi, a bar, Teppanyaki grill and an adjustable sun awning.

Twin 2,400hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 14.5 knots topping out at 16.8 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
