News just in from Reel Deal Yachts that Marcos Morjain has closed on his listing for sale, a 28 metre Versilcraft motor yacht, with Barclay Tuck at IY Blue acting for the buyer.

Built in GRP by Italy's Versilcraft yard with delivery in 1993, she had a thorough refit in 2011 including a full rebuild of her three engines. Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms consisting of a full beam master suite amidships with a king sized bed, a VIP stateroom with a queen sized bed, a double on the starboard side and a twin to port, all with flat screen televisions and all with en suite shower facilities.

The saloon has a moderate sized U-shaped bar to port and large U-shaped settee to starboard while forward amidships is the dining area with seating for eight. The entertainment centre with a large flat screen television is built into cabinetry forward of the bar.

The flybridge is a particularly attractive area for al fresco dining and entertaining, featuring an eight-person Jacuzzi with waterfalls and mood lighting, a granite bar with a new fridge, a stainless steel barbecue and a Bimini top. Triple MAN 1,110hp engines give her a cruising speed of 26 knots.

The 28 metre Versilcraft was asking $1,299,000.
