Maiora motor yacht Michela sold

The 27 metre motor yacht Michela, listed for sale by the Fipa Group in France, has been sold to a direct client with no other brokers involved.

Built in GRP by Italian yard Maiora to a design by Roberto Del Re with delivery in 2011, Michela has had only private use since new and this is her first time on the market. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite amidships, a VIP suite forward plus port and starboard twins. All cabins have entertainment systems, Samsung television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.

The interior décor is tastefully classic throughout, using natural elm paneling, walnut parquet floors, fine Italian fabrics and leathers, and designer furniture. The saloon has a large L-shaped B&B Italia settee, armchairs, a coffee table, bar and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch Samsung television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system.

The aft deck offers al fresco entertaining and dining around a rectangular table with seating for up to eight guests while up on the flybridge is more built-in seating, a fridge, ice maker, a table, sun loungers and a custom hard top.

Walk around side decks give access to the foredeck with another sunbathing area on built in sun pads.

Twin MTU diesel engines have logged only 675 hours to date and power her to speeds in excess of 30 knots.

Michela was asking €2.8 million with VAT paid.
