Major price reduction to superyacht Lazy Z at Merle Wood

3 June 2010 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The trend for cutting asking prices continues as I learn of a significant reduction in the price of the 51.4m motor yacht Lazy Z, a joint central agency with Merle Wood and Peter Croke at Merle Wood & Associates.

Lazy Z was built by Oceanco in 1997 to Lloyds class and has been refitted several times, the most recent being in 2007. Her main saloon is a formal, sophisticated entertaining area while the spacious skylounge provides a more relaxed and tranquil ambience. MCA compliant, this superyacht accommodates 12 guests in a split-level owner's suite on the main deck plus three double and two twin staterooms. Two 1714hp MTU engines give her a range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots and her asking price has come down from $27 million to $22.5 million.
