More price reductions as John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates sends word that the owner of Christensen's 48m Nice N' Easy has a new yacht on the way and wants her sold. She's currently on her way to the Rybovich yard in West Palm Beach for a fresh paint job and completion of her five year ABS inspections.

Delivered in 2005, she sleeps up to 14 guests in six staterooms and is MCA compliant. Previously marketed at $29.9 million, _Nice N' Easy _is now asking $27.9 million.

Meanwhile, Cromwell Littlejohn in the same office has seen the price of his central agency, Oceanfast's 40m Beeliever, reduced from $6.5 million to $5.9 million. Built in 1990 and last refitted in 2008, she has fresh paint and decor, engine rebuilds and a redesigned sundeck. She accommodates eight guests in four staterooms, including an on deck master with private office.
