Cromwell Littlejohn at Merle Wood & Associates sends news that he's been appointed central agent for sale of the 28.64 motor yacht Lady Breanna.

Built by Italian yard Ferreti in composite, her exterior and interior were designed by Sudio Zuccon, and she was launched in 2001. Since then she has had just one owner and has never been chartered. Her aft deck has built in and loose seating for eight around an oval teak table, ideal for al fresco dining. Moving forward, the main saloon is panelled in high gloss cherry wood and has designer furnishings, a drop down television and a formal dining area for eight guests. Aft of the helm on the sun deck is a Bimini top, a bar with ice maker and a barbecue plus a Jacuzzi spa.

Accommodation is for 10 guests in four staterooms laid out as a master suite, VIP stateroom and port and starboard twins, each with a Pullman berth. All staterooms have televisions and full en suite bathroom facilities, and twin 1,835hp MTU engines power her to a cruising speed of 20.5 knots.

Lying in South Florida, Lady Breanna is asking $2.95 million.
