The 82.5-metre Mitsubushi HI motor yacht Emir joins the market with Alain Auvare and Dennis Frederiksen of Fraser.
First delivered in Japan in 1985, she was refitted by Golden Yachts in 2022 and has enjoyed a very successful charter career thanks to her PYC classification. With a design by Studio Vafiadis, Emir is the flagship of Mitsubishi HI and combines clean, elegant lines with an undeniably impressive volume. Her broker describes her as "a true sanctuary at sea."
Emir is characterised by her towering profile, which spans four decks - a grandeur that translates to her interiors as well.
Plush carpets allow for soft footing in the main saloon, with a large lounge and dining area for 28 guests, while glossy dark woods, porcelain blue details and ambient chandeliers create a welcoming and opulent space. Above, an upper saloon features the same design aesthetics with the addition of a striking white grand piano.
While not lounging, guests aboard Emir can make use of the outdoor gym on the bridge deck, a spa room and a cinema room complete with an 8K Mini-LED screen and plenty of cosy seating options.
In terms of accommodation, the yacht for sale can host a party of 28 guests across 14 cabins. The royal master suite is a particular highlight, featuring private balconies and a central skylight over the king-sized bed.
Emir's outdoor spaces are also plentiful and offer many different options for socialising. Of particular note is the outdoor lounge area situated on the upper deck, which feeds into an al fresco dining table for 12.
Up a level, guests will find an expansive sundeck boasting a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads and many loungers to pass the hours from day to night with panoramic views.
Emir carries a wide arsenal of water sports equipment as well, including two tenders and three jet skis, as well as kayaks and inflatables. An onboard medical room provides reassurance and extra safety for guests, in addition to the professional crew of 28.
Power comes from twin Yanmar engines, pushing Emir to a top speed of 14.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12.5 knots. Stabilisers at anchor and underway ensure further comfort.
Lying in Greece, Emir is asking €69,500,000.
