The 34.8 metre motorsailer San Limi has been listed for sale by Rosie Davies at Nicolle Associates.
Built in wood by Turkish yard CMB Yachts to an in-house design, San Limi was delivered in 2007 and most recently refitted in 2017. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, double and twin. All cabins have mosaic tiled en suite facilities while the crew quarters sleep six staff aboard this yacht for sale.
During the 2017 refit her hull was sanded back and the wooden hull was thoroughly checked before application of new epoxy layers and new antifouling. At this time the teak decks were also sanded back and re-varnished, and the propeller and shaft/loom were reconditioned.
Internally, the original decoration and furnishings were completely gutted, and all of the wiring was replaced. To create a more spacious and open plan feel to the main deck, the ceiling was replaced and finished with a new headlining, including built in LED downlights.
The main deck features an open plan saloon and dining room, with a formal dining table and seats for eight guests, plus a comfortable lounge area with large, comfortable sofas and a home entertainment system.
On the flybridge are multiple sofa areas and a deck bar with mini sink, fridge and barbecue, making this a great place for entertaining guests al fresco. Her top speed is 12 knots and her power comes from two 440hp MAN diesel engines.
