The 35.2-metre Nautor Swan performance sailing yacht Moat has been listed for sale with Lorenzo Bortolotti of Nautor Swan Brokerage.
Built in carbon fibre by the Finnish yard to a design by German Frers, she was delivered in 2016 as a Swan 115 model to a highly experienced racing yacht owner and has since proved her mettle in several international regattas.
The Swan 115 design was developed to offer owners a balance that enhances the enjoyment of owning maxi superyachts. A focus has been placed on boosting downwind speeds to offer more adrenaline-pumping racing, while maintaining a balance of comfort so they can cruise with their families too.
Stepping on board, the main saloon is a cosy hub that serves as the heart of the vessel. The area features a seating arrangement with a plush built-in sofa and a dining area that accommodates all guests on board.
Accommodation in a minimalist interior is for six guests in three cabins comprising a master suite and two double cabins. All cabins have en suites, while the large sail locker forward can be converted into a second master suite.
Al fresco dining can be found on the expansive main deck, where the outdoor entertaining area offers two generous built-in sofas paired with tables. The dining area is sheltered under a retractable cover that offers flexibility depending on weather conditions.
Sunpads are also positioned on deck, offering a comfortable space for lounging on deck. These are accompanied by a large swim platform situated at the stern, which provides safe, easy access to the sea.
Hailed as the ultimate performance Swan, the 115 fuses the yard’s iconic style and quality with uncluttered deck spaces and sleek lines. Moat has a long bowsprit for improved performance downwind, a retractable propeller available that is in addition to her straight propeller shaft arrangement, and sail handling at the push of a button.
Under power, a single Sweden Marine VGT 400 diesel engine allows a cruising speed of 10 knots, topping out at 12 knots.
Moat is asking €11,000,000 with VAT paid.
