A call to Dana Cambon at Luke Brown Yachts brings more details of his new listing, a 41.1m Broward Tri Deck motor yacht now on the market asking $4.6 million.
Originally built in 1991, the superyacht has a newly designed hull and superstructure rebuilt to RINA Commercial Yacht classification. 90% complete, this 2010 model offers five staterooms for 10 owners and guests and includes new C-32 Caterpillar engines, new machinery, electronics, systems and interior. Dana says that she could be completed very soon and stresses that, "Every nut, every screw on this boat is new."
