News in overnight from Gregg Child at Northrop and Johnson that his central agency for sale, the 35.05m motor yacht Kapalua, has just had everything in the engine room replaced or rebuilt, including the installation of brand new 1800hp Caterpillar engines - also, there's a $200,000 reduction in her price.

Kapalua is a Crescent 115 model motor yacht, delivered by Crescent Custom Yachts in 1996. The 35.05m superyacht was built to a design by Jack Sarin and was refitted in 2006.

Ten guests can be accommodated in one master, three doubles and one twin cabin. And, of course, she has that new engine room, offering an even more attractive prospect at her new asking price of $4.75 million, down from $4.95 million.
