A new joint central agency has been announced on the 39.3-metre SES Yachts sailing yacht Grace III, now listed for sale with Pieter van der Weide of Hoek Brokerage and Alp Kişmir of Camper & Nicholsons.
Grace III was delivered in 2021 by the Turkish shipyard as the third hull from its Truly Classic 128 series. Bloemsma of the Netherlands constructed her aluminium hull, while the naval architecture, exterior and interior design of the fractional, cutter-rigged sloop was from the drawing boards of Hoek Design Naval Architects.
Accommodation on board is for seven guests across three cabins comprising the owner's suite, two guest cabins to port and starboard, one twin and one double. The owner's cabin features a convertible powder room that can be used as a dayhead from the saloon or incorporated into the suite when required.
Further forward sits the galley, crew mess and a "flex" cabin that can be used by crew or extra guests. The yacht can sleep four crew during owner use, or seven guests with six crew during charter.
Below deck, forward of the deckhouse, sits Grace III's split-level saloon. The palette is warm, while soft tones of taupe, grey and off-white are carried through the furnishings in premium fabrics by Colefax & Fowler and GP & J Baker. Dark mahogany bulkheads, oak soles and white, lightweight deckhead panels give a traditional feel.
The surrounding deckhouse windows and open connection between the two levels create additional light for the area. The deck saloon is arranged as an informal sitting area, while below, the lower saloon offers a more formal dining arrangement with a library and fireplace.
Forward, the guest cockpit is arranged for dining and relaxation, centred around a large table with seating for 10 to 12 guests that can also be divided into two coffee tables.
Set aft, the sailing cockpit keeps deck hardware and sail handling clear of the guest areas. Fixed biminis provide shade over both cockpits, while a custom-built hydraulic side boarding platform adds practicality for swimming and boarding.
Built to RINA class, the 131 GT yacht for sale's fin keel with a "torpedo-style" bulb draws 4.6 metres, while her mast towers 52.9 metres above the waterline. Her Scania engine gives her a speed of 12 knots, and under sail, she achieves 13.5 knots upwind and 15 knots reaching.
Grace III is currently lying in Bodrum, Turkey, asking €14,250,000.
