The 32.6-metre Notika Teknik sailing yacht Ashleyrose 110 has joined the market with Pietro Biasi of Camper & Nicholsons.
Built in composite fibre and wood by Turkish yard Notika Teknik in 1998 – with naval architecture and exterior styling by Marc Lombard – Ashleyrose 110 was extensively refitted in 2022. The works included a full interior refresh by Flahault Design & Associés and the addition of a fourth guest cabin, expanding her accommodation to eight guests across four cabins. She also carries five crew.
Her interior is defined by soft curves, light tones and a bright, modern finish that takes advantage of natural light from a central skylight. The split-level main saloon separates a curved lounge and navigation station on the upper level from a dining area on the lower, complete with an illuminated display for bottles and glassware. The owner’s suite is particularly notable for its skylight, deep green marble bathroom and circular shower.
On deck, Ashleyrose 110 offers a functional yet comfortable layout. A large Bimini shades the cockpit, where two dining tables can seat guests by day and convert into an open-air cinema by night with a retractable maxi screen. Twin helm stations are positioned aft with excellent sightlines.
The yacht’s versatile stern platform doubles as tender storage underway and unfolds at anchor into a beach club with sofas, a floating pontoon and a sea pool. Forward, built-in sunpads create an additional lounge area.
Powered by a single Cummins 380hp engine, Ashleyrose 110 cruises at nine knots and reaches 11 knots, with a range of 650 nautical miles. She also carries a seven-metre tender with a 150hp Honda outboard.
Currently lying in Sardinia, Ashleyrose 110 is asking €2,200,000.
