Axel Douque at Ocean Independence has listed the 48.9m Mayra 164 new-build project for sale, with only one year until completion.
Measuring in at just under 500 gross tons, this Ken Freivokh design is uniquely long and elegant for her class. The Mayra 164 is a four deck superyacht boasting some distinctive features, with advanced glass technology at the heart of her design. She enjoys large, multi-deck panoramic windows and even the bulwarks are glazed, creating a sense of space and harmony with the sea and superb views for guests.
A thoroughly modern interior accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms, including a full beam main deck master suite plus two double and two twin cabins. All staterooms have full en suite facilities. Out on deck there is a well planned configuration of dining, sunbathing and secluded seating arrangements, including a Jacuzzi on the sun deck.
Twin 1,600hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
The Mayra 164 can be inspected at the Mayra yard in Antalya, Turkey and is asking €22.5 million.
