The 45.25 metre Picchiotti motor yacht Golden Eagle, listed for sale by Felix Sowerbutts at Y.CO, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC.

Built in steel and aluminium to Lloyds class by Italian yard Picchiotti, Golden Eagle was delivered in 1990 and has been only privately used under her current owner. She was the subject of a major interior refit in 2010 supervised by designer Tino Zerduvachi, while further upgrades in 2015 and 2018 saw her receive a 2.5 metre stern extension.

Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins laid out as a main deck master suite, two VIP suites and two twin cabins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep nine staff.

Golden Eagle was asking €3,750,000

A large aft deck is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining with built-in upholstered seating and three separate tables. This space flows into an expansive, carpeted main saloon and dining area fitted with overstuffed settees, occasional chairs and tables along with a bar, fridge and ice maker. There is also a state of the art entertainment centre including a 42-inch Panasonic television set on a rise and fall mechanism.

The sundeck is vast and includes more built-in upholstered seating, sun pads, a bar, fridge and ice maker, making it the perfect setting for evening cocktails and outdoor meals while enjoying the 360-degree views.

Her top speed is 15 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 4,600 nautical miles at 12.5 knots with power coming from two 950hp Deutz-MWM TBD604BL6 diesel engines.

Golden Eagle was asking €3,750,000.
