The 26.57 metre motor yacht Theomare, listed for sale by Dimitris Kyriazakos at Ekka Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo, Theomare was delivered in 2005 as an SL88 model. Her interior, designed by Franco and Anna Della Role, accommodates up to nine guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for three crew.
The saloon has large windows allowing daylight to stream in, while her lounge area comes with U-shaped seating upholstered in blue fabric, a coffee table and an entertainment centre including a 42-inch television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area seating eight guests, while further forward still is the galley with new appliances installed. The galley also has a table and banquette seating for sociable breakfasts and casual snacks.
The popularity of the SL88 model is enhanced by the extensive deck areas offering plenty of space for al fresco entertaining, including a sheltered cockpit, which is the ideal spot for evening cocktails before dinner. Her spacious flybridge offers ample seating, a table and bar, all sheltered by a custom Bimini top. Her top speed is 30 knots and her power comes from two 2,000hp MTU 16V2000M91 diesel engines.
Theomare was asking €1,780,000.
