The 24.3 metre sportfish motor yacht Dream Time is sold as James MacGregor at MacGregor Yachts tells me he acted for both buyer and seller in the deal.
Built in GRP by US yard Bayliss Boatworks, Dream Time was delivered in 2012 as hull number 15 from this specialist sportfish yard. Accommodation is for six guests in three staterooms. These consist of a master suite forward with a king sized bed, a custom leather sofa and a hidden gun locker while the VIP stateroom is to starboard and the guest cabin to port has an oversized single bed and a Pullman berth. All staterooms have full en suite shower facilities
The massive saloon is paneled in rich hand rubbed teak woodwork and has a lavish decor. Immediately to port is a day head, while across to starboard is an L-shaped leather sofa with storage below. In front of the sofa there is a custom coffee table, which rises for dining and has two foldout leaves with storage below. The port side also has two occasional chairs with a custom air-activated bar that slides out at the push of a button. Moving forward and up two steps to starboard is the oversized dinette area with its own entertainment centre. This area also features a dedicated counter with three bar stools for cocktails. Twin 2,600hp MTU engines give her speeds of up to 32 knots.
Located in Singer Island, Florida, Dream Time was asking $8,990,000.
