The 40-metre Sunseeker tri-deck motor yacht About Time has returned to the brokerage market, now listed for sale with Sean Doyle of Northrop & Johnson.
Built in GRP by the British yard to a design by Don Shead, About Time was delivered in 2010 as a Sunseeker 131 model and went on to become a finalist at the 2011 World Superyacht Awards. She is listed for sale following extensive upgrades in recent years, including a refit exceeding $1 million in 2025.
Stepping on board, the main saloon features warm wood finishes, generous seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Two hydraulic fold-down balconies open on either side of the saloon, bringing fresh sea air and uninterrupted views into the living area. A formal dining area seats 10 guests, lending the area to both formal and informal entertaining.
The motor yacht stands out for her cabin layout, which accommodates up to 12 guests across six cabins. The layout comprises a master suite with a sea balcony on the main deck, plus two doubles and two twin cabins on the lower deck, along with a sixth double on the upper deck. The twin cabins each have a Pullman berth and all cabins have entertainment centres and en suites.
Al fresco living is catered for across all three decks, beginning with the main deck aft, which features an attractive, sociable semi-circular sofa.
The upper-deck skylounge offers another welcoming space for entertaining, complete with a games table, large-screen entertainment and a full-service bar.
Through double doors, the upper aft deck features al fresco dining, a wet bar and an electrically extending awning to create a flexible living space.
More outdoor relaxation beckons guests on the sundeck, offering a spa pool, sunpads, a fully equipped bar and an entertainment system alongside additional dining and lounging areas.
Forward, the Portuguese deck provides a secluded setting for an intimate breakfast, afternoon refreshments or sunset drinks overlooking the water.
Down at sea level, a hydraulic swim platform provides easy access to the yacht's extensive collection of water toys, including a 19' Aquascan tender, jet skis, underwater scooters and a selection of watersports equipment.
Twin V12 4000M93 MTU diesel engines deliver a maximum speed for the yacht for sale of 25 knots and a range of 1,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. For added safety and comfort at sea, she is fitted with Trac Fin zero-speed stabilisers.
About Time is asking $9,900,000.
