A note from Rainer Wilhelm at Ocean Independence in Vienna arrives to say that the 25.05m sailing yacht Noheea has had a price reduction. This, says Rainer, "Offers a fantastic opportunity for an owner who wants to have it all: style, range, safety and appearance."

Noheea was built by France’s Trehard yard in 1987 to a design by Giles Vaton. This superyacht benefits from a substantial refit in 2007 and, commercially classed, offers accommodation for up to seven guests in a master, double and twin cabin with Pullman berth and has a range of 1,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots. Previously marketed at €2.17 million, she's now asking €1.95 million.
