Swingeing price cut to Lady Christine by Edmiston

Rory Trahair of Edmiston & Company tells me that Jonathan Zwaans has made a hefty €4.9 million price cut to his central agency for sale, Oceanco's 55.63m Lady Christine. Launched in 2001, her impressive traditional interior sleeps 10 guests in three doubles and two twins.

Her owner's suite is particularly noteworthy, being situated on the upper deck in the area normally used for a sky lounge. This offers panoramic views and also has the advantage of being in the area closest to the yacht's roll and pitch centres, thus making it the most comfortable location while at sea.  Previously offered at €39.9 million, Lady Christine is now asking €35 million.
