Bruce Schattenburg at The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals is set to display his central listing, the 37.8m motor yacht Sea Owl at next month's Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show at the Las Olas Marina.
Built by Delta Marine in 1999 and professionally managed, this superyacht has been impeccably maintained and extensively updated. Recent refits and upgrades include Quantum zero speed stabilisers, complete exterior paint, full W-6 engine overhaul, KVH Fleet 55 Satcom with 24/7 internet access, Kaleidescape audio/visual entertainment system and an extensive security package.
The interior features a classic design by Claudette Bonville with updates overseen by Patrick Knowles and highlights include American cherry joinery and a spectacular stonework package by Jeff Homchick. Eight to 10 guests are accommodated in a full beam master suite, main deck VIP and two queen berth staterooms. Adding to Sea Owl's flexibility is a convertible skylounge that doubles as a fifth stateroom, complete with full size bath and separate shower. Sea Owl is asking $10.5 million.
