Vripack sells Axantha

30 June 2009 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Kudos for the first sale in July go to Maarten Ten Holter at Vripack as he confirms the sale of the 37.18m research vessel Axantha today. When I spoke to him this afternoon he also stated that she was an in-house deal and that the asking price was €10.9 million. Built by France's JFA yard in 2003 to a Vripack design, Axantha is Lloyds classed and accommodates 10 guests in an owner's suite plus four doubles.
