The 50-metre Westport motor yacht Valinor, listed for sale with Wes Sanford, Sean Doyle and Mike Finnegan of Northrop & Johnson, has received a price drop of $1,450,000.
The 11th GRP hull of only 14 built from the coveted Westport 164 model, Valinor was delivered in 2013 from the US yard to a complete design by Donald Starkey. She benefits from having only two owners since new, with her brokers presenting her to the market in "completely turn key condition" following the completion of her 10-year ABS special survey in 2022.
Accommodation on board Valinor is for up to 15 guests in six staterooms, including a large master suite on the upper bridge deck with a private terrace, steam shower, and walk-in wardrobe, a VIP cabin on the main deck, plus two kings and two twins with Pullman berths on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of 12.
The brokers highlighted Starkey's use of "rich woodwork" and "chic mix" of neutral and colourful tones throughout her interiors that create a comfortable and peaceful ambience on board.
In addition to the master suite, Valinor's bridge deck features a custom barbecue set up with large al fresco dining table, while the sundeck above provides a full bar, Jacuzzi, gym equipment and sun pads. Two terraces – one to port and one to starboard – are also accessible from the bridge deck and help to open the space further. For easy access to-and-from the motor yacht, tenders are stowed on the foredeck and the vessel is described as being "helicopter capable".
The 492GT, ABS-classed yacht for sale has a top speed of 21 knots, cruising speed of 19.5 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Valinor is now asking $27,500,000, currently on display with Northrop & Johnson at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
