Market watch: This week's new yacht listings

47.85m Mi Amore

Delivered in 2005 by yacht builder Christensen Shipyard, Mi Amore is a tri-deck Christensen 157 model with worldwide cruising capabilities. Having benefitted from multiple refits and updates, she has been kept in immaculate condition. Some of the key elements on board are an elevator and a spiral staircase serving all decks, six staterooms including a full-beam master suite, and a main saloon with a formal dining table for up to 12 guests. Designed by Carol Williams & Associates, the yacht's interior layout also includes a skylounge with a sunken bar and lounging space. Outside, there are many alfresco dining to be enjoyed, such as on the aft deck, skylounge aft or on the large sundeck, where a Jacuzzi and touch-and-go helicopter pad can be found.

Mi Amore is listed with Northrop & Johnson for $21,500,000.

30m Elizabeth D

Recently repainted with a metallic blue hull and off white superstructure, Elizabeth D is a striking edition of the Sunseeker Predator 84 range. Her current owner has kept her in excellent condition and so she now has excellent potential for charter. Her key features include a large saloon that can fit up to 12 guests, and the four en-suite cabins – all of which can be looked after by a crew of five.

32.96m O'Riana

O'Riana is a completed new-build by Golden Yachts. The new AKHIR 108 model features timeless lines and a high-tech specification built to RINA Class. 41.9m Ocean's Seven 

Delivered in 2012 by Kingship Marine, Ocean's Seven is a classic expedition yacht designed by Vripack. Her refit in 2015 oversaw many interior updates and new paintwork. In 2022, she was equipped with Quantum Zero Speed stabilisers. The amenities inside the yacht include five staterooms for up to 12 guests, a main saloon and formal dining room, a large galley and a skylounge with alfresco dining options. The sundeck features a large Jacuzzi, sunpads, an open bar and a grill. A tender is stored on the aft deck and a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. 

Ocean's Seven is listed with Northrop & Johnson for €13,000,000.

49.7m Hercules

Delivered by Feadship in 1998, Hercules (ex Herculena) is in perfect condition having just emerged from a 2022 refit. The work included significant AV/IT upgrades across all three decks. Inside, guests can make use of five staterooms, a main saloon with a bar and picture windows. Notably, there is also a Jacuzzi spa pool on the sundeck surrounded by sunpads.

Hercules is listed for $19,900,000 with VAT paid with Fraser.
