Market watch: This week's new yacht listings

28.3m Chill Out

Delivered in 2006 as one of the latest super-fast Mangusta 92 yachts, Chill Out has since been refitted in 2018. The Italian shipyard Overmarine used designer Stefano Righini to create a stylish yacht with a modern interior. Inside, key areas include the main saloon with a bar, a large sliding sun roof and a specially-designed coffee table for backgammon games, and four staterooms for up to eight guests. The outdoor deck areas have been fitted with various seating and sunbathing areas, a foldable Bimini top and a sound system. This yacht can reach a top speed of 36 knots.

Chill Out is listed with SuperYachts Monaco for €1,850,000 with VAT paid.

30.99m BIM

Designed in her entirety by Zuccon International Project, BIM was delivered in 2003 as the last Navetta 30 built by CRN before they joined Ferretti Group. The Custom line Navetta 30 stands out with her rich deep blue hull, cherry wood interiors and plush white furnishings, all of which have been well-maintained by her current and third owner who invested in a 2021 refit. She also carries accommodation for up to 10 guests in five staterooms and numerous alfresco dining areas across two decks.

49m Khalilah

Needless to say, Khalilah stands out with her metallic gold exterior, but also for being the world's first all-carbon yacht once delivered in 2015. Designed and built by Palmer Johnson, this yacht can house up to 11 guests in five cabins including a main-deck master suite and VIP suite, two doubles and a twin. The contemporary styling of the indoor spaces is seen best in the skylounge, where guests will find skylights and loungers with a main deck saloon and adjoining al fresco dining area located below. 

Khalilah is listed for sale with SuperYachts Monaco for €28,500,000.

28.32m Little Zoe

Little Zoe is a sporty Mangusta 92 model delivered in 2004 and as part of her meticulous maintenance programme, was last refitted in 2020. Her design by Stefano Righini includes open-plan living spaces, including alfresco areas which have all been very popular during her time as a charter yacht. Her main saloon neighbours the wheelhouse, but can be separated by an automatic glass partition. Inside she also houses four staterooms.
