Market watch: This week's new yacht listings

47.25m Princess AVK

Launched as the second Sunseeker 155 Yacht, the 47-metre Princess AVK is a composite vessel popular on the charter market. Some of the onboard spaces include a sundeck and lower-deck beach club with a sauna. Inside, her guests can stay in either the master suite, two main-deck double guest cabins and three lower-deck rooms. 

In terms of toys, she has a Williams 625 Diesel Jet which is stowed in the side access garage, plus two Sea Doo’s located in the bow plus an additional stand-up ski. There is also an 8.5-metre Cobra chase tender.

72m Azteca

Built in 2010 for a highly experienced owner, Azteca is a custom design by naval architects Nuvolari & Lenard. At the time of of launch, Azteca was the largest vessel ever constructed by Ancona shipyard CRN. Azteca features a glass lift and one of the largest sun decks in her range completed by a shaded bar, Jacuzzi area, gym and helipad. Her owner’s suite offers ocean views from a private terrace, twin bathrooms and massage salon. Plus, her 110-square-metre beach club with hydraulic doors and outdoor bar is accompanied by a double garage holding a Castoldi jet tender and multiple toys. While stabilisers keep her steel hull sturdy at anchor or at sea, she has enough power to cruise from Iceland to Chile on a single tank of gas.

44.2m Seakid 

Built in 2007 by Baglietto, Seakid was given a contemporary design by Francesco Paszkowski that stands out for its use of large panoramic windows. Other aspects of the aluminium superyacht's design include five staterooms, wrap-around decks and plenty of outdoor space for alfresco living. The flybridge offers comfortable seating as well as an alfresco dining area. Another seating/dining area can be found on the main deck aft deck. 

She is listed at €10,000,000 with Yachting Partners International - YPI.


34.14m Nilaya

Said to be one of the most successful high-performance superyachts launched by Baltic Yachts to date, the 34-metre Nilaya has won numerous regattas across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. She was designed for superb comfort and exceptional high-speed cruising capability by naval architects Reichel/Pugh Yacht Design and Nauta Yacht Design.

Nilaya features a lifting keel and a 3.5-metre draft. Plus, her sleek, low-level deckhouse offers panoramic views. With four spacious guest cabins, including a large and luxurious owner’s cabin, she can accommodate up to eight guests.
