More news from Matt Albert at Yachting Partners International as his and Alex Braden's new construction for sale, Bloemsma Van Breemen's 44m Free Spirit has another price cut.

"Things are getting very interesting indeed," says Matt. "When she was first brought onto the market she was on offer at a very competitive €25.8 million complete. She was then offered, as is, for €12.9 million this summer which, even accounting for the completion work still remaining, was unquestionably one of the best purchases on the market. Now that price has been dropped to just €11 million as is; an offer that even at today's rates is really going to take some beating. Whoever buys Free Spirit now is going to have a very big smile on their face for a very long time to come."

Due for delivery in 2010, Free Spirit is being built to Lloyds class and will be MCA compliant, sleeping 10 guests in a master, two doubles and two twins.
