Brokerage market round-up: April 9-13, 2018

SALES

Nine yacht sales were announced during the past week, all of which were priced in dollars. The total asking price was more than £27.9 million ($37.3 million), and the most active brokerage houses were HMY Yacht Sales, Allied Marine and Denison Yachting with two completed deals each.

PRICE REDUCTIONS

Seven price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week, for a total reduction of £3 million ($4 million), although only one of these reductions was higher than £500,000 ($673,000).

NEW LISTINGS

Five yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £18.8 million ($25 million). The most expensive new listing was the 47.5 metre ISA motor yacht Aquamarina, which is offered for sale with Burgess.
