The past week has seen a relatively steady flow of brokerage activity, with seven yacht sales announced, including the first sailing yacht transaction of 2018 — the 25.88 metre Velacarina. The total asking price was in excess of £21million ($28 million) and no broker was involved in multiple deals.

PRICE REDUCTIONS
Seven price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week, for a total reduction of £3million ($4.2 million). Four of these reductions were higher than £500,000 ($673,000).

NEW LISTINGS
Four new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £18 million ($24 million). The largest new listing was the 45.26 metre Perini Navi sailing yacht Helios — a joint CA with Camper & Nicholsons International and Perini Navi USA.
