Brokerage market round-up: September 10 - 14, 2018

SALES

Seven yacht sales were announced during a steady week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £73.4 million ($98 million). Ocean Independence was the most active broker with two in-house sales, whilst the most expensive yacht, 55 metre Amels Eji, was sold by Burgess.

PRICE REDUCTIONS

Seven price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction in excess of £13 million ($17.4 million). The biggest price drop was of over £8 million on 70 metre Feadship Saint Nicolas.

NEW LISTINGS

12 yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £80.4 million ($107 million). The most expensive new listing was the 44.2 metre Feadship Moon Sand, which is offered for sale with Camper & Nicholsons.
