PATRA for sale

The 33.8-metre classic yacht PATRA was built by Hall Russel with a steel and aluminium hull and delivered from the historic Aberdeen shipyard in the UK in 1964. Frederick R. Parker’s team oversaw PATRA’s exterior design and the entire engineering package, later reviewed in Viareggio in 1991. The yacht underwent further modifications compliant with the RINA Class, which it held from 2009 to 2019.

A notable refurbishment took place in 1991/92 in Viareggio and involved a successful extension of the stern, which enhanced the outdoor area furnished with a large outdoor table.

A further refit in 2010 modified the interior layout, adding a double cabin to the upper deck and creating a bright, panoramic room.

In 2022 and 2023, the yacht underwent extensive maintenance, including partial teak deck rebuilding, hull repainting, keel overhaul, and equipment servicing, as well as the installation of new generators, reflecting the owner’s dedication to meticulous upkeep.

Consistent with the characteristics of a displacement yacht, Patra offers spacious exterior areas across three decks and interiors that are rare in boats of this category. Her generous beam ensures high levels of comfort and remarkable stability.

Interestingly, Patra has had only two owners since her arrival in Italy in 1971.
