Connecticut-based fashion brand Vineyard Vines has been announced as the latest luxury partner of the 35th America’s Cup.
To celebrate the partnership the brand, which has a long history with leisure sailing culture in Martha’s Vineyard, has unveiled a new collection of apparel and accessories inspired by the world’s oldest sailing competition.
Consisting of shirts, polo shirts, ties, belts, caps and jumpers for both men and women, a capsule collection is available now with a full line including designs for children to follow in summer 2016. Along with the silhouette of the famous America’s Cup trophy, the pieces feature cartoon prints of the AC45 racing yachts and Vineyard Vines’ whale emblem reinterpreted with the flags of the competing nations.
The collection will be officially launched at the America’s Cup World Series event taking place in Bermuda from October 16-18 and will then be available online throughout the America’s Cup until the finals in 2017.
