For Sale: Inside 85.6 metre Abeking & Rasmussen Superyacht C2

Underway

Abeking & Rasmussen's C2 is one of the biggest new entries to the brokerage market this year. Fresh from an extensive refit in 2019, which included a seven-metre aft extension, she is shipshape and searching for a new owner. This is the first time the 85.6 metre steel and aluminium superyacht has been offered for sale since her delivery in 2009 and is listed with Burgess. The Main Deck Saloon

C2's five decks have been designed inside and out by British studio Reymond Langton with contribution from Brian Callahan. Living spaces on board C2 are elegant without shying away from colour and bathed in natural light, offering a welcome atmosphere for guests to relax on board.

The Beach Club

The teak-finished beach club on board C2 is the result of a redesign as part of her 2019 aft extension. A glass-bottomed swimming pool serves as a ceiling that creates an atmospheric rippling effect down below, while fold-down terraces on either side create an instant connection with the sea. Accessed via direct steps from the swim platform, the beach club is outfitted with comfortable lounge chairs, a drinks bar and a flatscreen TV so you can relax while drying off from water sports.

The Study

A colourful study space can be found tucked away in one of the corridors on the main deck that runs between the guest cabins.

The Swimming Pool

Another key feature of C2's extension is the addition of a large glass-bottomed infinity pool on the aft deck, which, together with the outdoor cinema, is a perfect space for family activities day or night.

The Sundeck

For those looking to spend their days on board soaking up the sun, C2 features a dedicated sun lounge area with colourful soft furnishings creating a stylish environment in which to unwind. There's an optional awning should guests require a little more shade or find themselves in need of an afternoon snooze.

The Master Suite

A spacious room outfitted with contemporary furniture, the upper deck owner's suite boasts panoramic views and also two children's cabins adjacent for convenience.

The Deck Lounge

For drinks and dinner al fresco, guests on board C2 can head to the upper deck aft where they will find an indoor-outdoor dining space in a circular room with 180 degree views and romantic night lights.

Al Fresco Dining

Additional al fresco dining spaces can be found on the bridge deck, with a 10-seat dining table located nearby to a drinks bar and buffet.

The Hot Tub

An elevator whisks guests up to the extensive sun deck, which features a raised jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads forward offering both privacy and excellent views. Opposite the elevator, a second pod to port contains a shower. Aft is a versatile space with a bar and buffet, providing options for sun lounging, exercise or entertainment with the option of shade provided by awnings.  Inside the superstructure is a dedicated massage room and day head.

The Guest Cabin

Designed to be used as a multigenerational family yacht, C2 can accommodate up to 31 guests and staff across 15 cabins. Guest accommodation within the upper, main and lower decks is highly adaptable, and can be converted for use as meeting areas or media rooms, as well as offer potential for spaces such as a gym, library, cinema or spa centre.
