Columbus Yachts has added two new models to its Atlantique line measuring 37 metres and 55 metres.
It comes after the builder revealed the first model in the series, the Atlantique 43, last year. This was promptly followed by the sale of the first hull.
“Dedicated to cruising”, the Atlantique series takes inspiration from Italian GT cars, resulting in “clean and elegant” exterior lines. This is blended with a hull silhouette which “recalls the sailing yachts of bygone days”. Aft, the yachts feature a panoramic swimming pool.
The “compact” Atlantique 37 model features a 300GT interior with accommodation for a total of eight guests in four ensuite double cabins. Combining “sporty lines with refined interiors”, the Atlantique 37 features two dining areas; one on the main deck and another on the upper deck surrounded by rounded windows.
Elsewhere, the model is equipped with two tender garages. The first is located to the right side of the forward hangar and is large enough to hold a 4.45 metre tender. The second sits forward and can hold both a 3.25 metre tender and rescue boat.
The Atlantique 37 is powered by twin Man 1400hp engines for a top speed of 15 knots and cruising speed of 13 knots.
The new flagship of the line, the Atlantique 55, features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and is spread across four decks. The main deck is available in two configurations with the owner cabin placed forward. The first version includes a gym and private balcony while the second has a fifth VIP cabin and private balcony in the owner’s cabin.
The lower deck meanwhile features an additional four double cabins while the crew quarters accommodate a staff of 13. The yacht also includes two swimming pools: one on the main deck aft and a second on the sundeck. Tenders and jet skis meanwhile will be stored in the forward garage.
