Turkish yard AvA Yachts has launched the first hull in its Kando 110 series of explorer yachts.
The 34 metre yacht Kando, which features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, was launched at the Antalya based yard on July 19.
Designed and engineered in house, Kando has a volume of 320GT and a range of over 6,000 nautical miles. The yacht is tipped to reach a top speed of 14 knots.
The yacht features four decks and accommodation for 10 guests across five double guest cabins. The 27 square metre owner cabin sits forward of the main deck and features full height windows.
The modern interior meanwhile features accents of American walnut, wenge and stainless steel.
AvA Yachts chair and founder Atilla Küçükdiker described the yacht as “the culmination of a dream."
He added: "We are honoured and humbled to be able to show her off now to the long-range cruising community worldwide.”
He added: “We have designed, engineered, and meticulously constructed Kando as a super strong and sturdy ship with a phenomenal commercial equipment level and superyacht interior quality and build.”
The yacht is now due to depart for the Côte d’Azur where it will have its international debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
The Kando 110 is part of AvA Yachts’ series of explorer superyachts, which includes the Kando 90, Kando 120 and Kando 130 and is listed for sale by Yacht & Villa, asking €8,499,000.
