Baglietto Yachts has signed the contract for a new 46-metre superyacht.

The Italian superyacht builder is celebrating its 160th anniversary this year, and the new contract signing comes on the heels of confirming a new order for a 54-metre Baglietto superyacht designed by by Francesco Paszkowski. The 54m is a sporty steel-and-aluminium yacht that will reach a top speed of 17 knots and cruise at 13 knots. She is expected to be delivered in 2015.

The new order is for a 46-metre steel-and-aluminium displacement hull motor yacht. Design is by Italian superyacht designer and longtime Baglietto collaborator Francesco Paszkowski. The yacht is intended for an Eastern-European owner, with delivery slated for early 2015.

Both yachts are a further evolution of Baglietto's updated styling. Last year, with the introduction of superyacht Monokini, Baglietto looked to the future with its evolved 44m Fastline superyacht.
