The Turkish yard Logos Marine reports a successful launch of the 33.7m catamaran motor yacht Quaranta.

RINA classed and MCA compliant, this composite catamaran was designed by Lila Lou with naval architecture by Incat Crowther. Her design offers large exterior decks, including a unique lifting platform/beach. The yacht is also entirely wheelchair friendly.

The interior layout is flexible. Quaranta accommodates a maximum of twelve guests in six double cabins on the main deck. But they can be converted into three larges suites. Crew quarters on the lower deck are for six.

Quaranta is powered by twin 1,900hp Caterpillar C-32 engines, giving a top speed of 25 knots, a cruising speed of 22 knots and an economical speed of 12 knots.

Quaranta will be delivered for the upcoming season, and will be on display at the main yacht shows in 2013. And she will available for charter through Hill Robinson.
