Serene, the first superyacht to be built by Italy's Fincantieri yard was delivered a few days ago and is now cruising off the coast of Spain, heading for Gibraltar.

At 134 metres long, Serene immediately takes her place at number eight in our Register of the world's 200 largest yachts.

Serene has seven decks, a hangar and two helicopter landing pads. The vessel also features a large sea-water swimming pool which can accommodate service craft and a submarine with a diving depth of up to 100 metres. There are 4,500 square metres of interior space designed by Pascale Reymond of Reymond Langton Design.

The Fincantieri Yachts team developed the project from the ground-breaking concept design of Espen Øino, who has created some of the world’s most iconic yachts.
