The prestigious Dutch yard Royal Huisman has launched its latest yacht, the 37.33 metre Pumula, previously known under its project name Bugamena (hull 390).

Built in aluminium, Pumula is a classic cutter-rigged sloop with modern naval architecture by Dykstra Naval Architects and a fully ballasted and retractable bulb keel.

The classic-style interior is by Rhoades Young Design, with a layout that accommodates eight guests in a double cabin, two twins and a master suite with a private deckhouse and access to an owner's cockpit.

Lloyd's registered and MCA compliant, Pumula has a 42.8 metre Rondal carbon mast, and in case of light wind, she's powered by a 331kW Scania engine giving a top speed of 12.5 knots.

Pumula will be delivered this spring.
