VisionF Yachts launches two new units in catamaran series VisionF 82

29 November 2023 • Written by Dea Jusufi

VisionF Yachts has launched two units in its flagship catamaran series, VisionF 82. The first has been built on spec with the US market in mind, while the second, known as Sitara, has been sold to a European client.

The 23.9 metre, all-aluminium model sports the extensive glazing and "aggressive profile" characteristic of the Turkish shipyard.

An array of solar panels are fitted on the extended flybridge, with the shipyard's "innovative eco package" allowing the yacht's hotel load to operate for up to 20 hours without the need for the generator to run. The system is also able to automatically adjust according to factors including speed and battery status.

The aluminium construction of the VisionF 82 allows for increased flexibility when it comes to the model’s layout and owners will be able to choose between a number of accommodation options, including the choice of swapping cabins for office spaces.

The model's contemporary interiors were designed in-house

Accommodation is for six guests and four crew. The standard configuration offers a large master suite with nearly 18 square metres of space, while the main saloon will provide 54 square metres of space plus an alfresco dining space on the aft deck. The model purchased by the European client features a spacious office connected to the main deck galley, as the owner plans to "operate the boat himself and use it extensively."

Accessible via the main saloon, the foredeck is designed with a sunken lounge sheltered by the flybridge canopy and a fixed sunbed in the bow. It can also be used for storing a Williams jet tender and a SeaDoo water scooter, launched and retrieved using the yacht's dedicated crane.

The flybridge is designed for "entertaining, sunbathing or taking in ocean views", with ample sunpads and a screen installed for privacy when docked stern-to in the marina.

"This is our yacht with such a high level of customisation and we are thrilled that we successfully navigated through the ups and downs of this long journey," said Ali Tanir, general manager at VisionF Yachts. "In the end, there are smiles on everyone's faces."

The VisionF 82 is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 1050 drives, allowing a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 1,600 nautical miles. With a draught of 0.8 metres, she is able to cruise shallow waters with ease.

Two further units are scheduled for delivery in March and May 2024.
