Sunreef Yachts tell us that they are continuing to update ad perfect their 85 Sunreef Power catamaran project.
Unveiled officially at the Cannes Boat Show last year, the 85 Sunreef Power has already gained plenty of attention. Since then, Sunreef Yachts' in-house design office has been working on improving the model. The yacht's beam has been extended, which increases the living area to 522 square metres. The main idea of this concept is to stress the space that catamarans offer, thanks to their large beam, and to arrange this space in a similar way to monohull yachts. This means one huge main deck spanning the entire beam and housing dining and lounging areas, to create a large, seamless, open space.
According to Sunreef, this space arrangement will 'certainly please the very demanding motoryacht clientele that can now enjoy their favourite motoryacht design and layout combined with catamaran advantages such as stability, comfort of cruising, low draft, low fuel consumption and oceanic range'. Extended storage space within the Beach Club will now easily accommodate a large tender, diving equipment and Sea-bobs.
