16 June 2013 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The first Sunseeker 101 Sport Yacht hull has been removed from her mould at the Sunseeker yard based in Portland, Dorset, UK.

Sold by Sunseeker London Brokerage Director Harry Bristow-Holmes, the hull will now enter the second phase of production where all internal bulkheads and engine mounts will be fitted and the hull and superstructure bonded.

The second hull in the series, sold by James Wood of Sunseeker La Napoule, will now occupy the vacant slot. With hull No. 1 due for launch in May 2014 and hull No. 2 shortly following suit, this new model has all the trademarks of another success story for the yard.
