Italian yard Baglietto has signed the contract for a third DOM 115 superyacht. The 34.5-metre hull will be delivered in 2027 and boast several custom touches, including a "completely redesigned" lower deck.
Italian designer Stefano Vafiadis is at the helm of the exterior design, which builds on the success of the larger DOM 133 range with a distinctive, sporty profile. An increasingly popular series, the first two DOM 115 units are scheduled for completion in 2025 and 2026, according to BOATPro.
This third unit will feature a custom lower deck configuration, with the garage converted into a generous storage space complete with refrigeration units and a laundry room. The infinity pool will then be relocated to the sundeck, leaving space for a Jet Ski and water toys on the main deck aft.
A semi-custom design, this superyacht will also maintain some of the series' classic features – including full-height sliding windows, al fresco dining on the bridge deck and accommodation for 12 guests and seven crew.
Baglietto's CCO, Fabio Ermetto, explained that the yard was "especially pleased" with this sale. "Once again, the shipyard's ability to meet the owner's wishes substantial modifications has proven to be a winning strategy," he said. "[The sale] confirms the shipyard’s commitment to a customer-centric approach and our focus on delivering truly tailor-made solutions."
The model will be powered by twin MAN engines for a top speed of 14.5 knots.
According to BOATPro, Baglietto has 16 superyachts on order or actively under construction, including a custom 55.9-metre project. The Italian yard celebrated the launch of Andala – the eighth unit in its popular DOM 133 series – earlier this month.
