Vento Yachts reveals 41m model to begin construction in 2025

US-headquartered Vento Yachts has announced a new, 40.6-metre model known as the V135 X-PLR. Construction on the first hull is expected to begin in February 2025.

OTTO Yachts Design has been selected for the exterior which is inspired by industrial design, seen particularly in the shape of the bow awning. Engineering is owed to CMN Yacht Design. Key numbers include an 8.9-metre beam, a volume of approximately 400GT and a 2.6-metre draught.

Accommodation is across four guest cabins and a master cabin with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide 270-degree views. There are further quarters for nine crew.

Leisure highlights include a cinema room, several "ergonomically designed" office spaces and a beach club with a fully-equipped gym. Renderings also reveal several outdoor lounges, an upper deck bar, an arrangement of sunloungers on the sundeck and storage for a tender and two Jet Skis on the main deck aft.

The model will have a maximum speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles.

Vento Yachts most recently shared a 25.8-metre sports model with BOAT International. Her muscular profile and advanced composite construction are by Turkish studio Pose Yacht Design, who also completed the yacht's engineering.
