Brokerage activity appears to be entering a seasonal hike, with the number of yacht sales (24 metres and above) in March up 50 per cent compared to the previous month. According to BOATPro, this amounted to 33 yacht sales for a collective value of €304 million, suggesting there is now an influx of prospective owners looking to secure a vessel ahead of the upcoming summer season.
