Why charter Arbema
With space for 12 guests across eight well-appointed cabins, Arbema is a top choice for those who want a lot of space during their charter. With an internal volume of 2943GT, her interior spaces are vast and flooded with natural light. Delivered as Azteca in 2010, the yacht for charter was built by CRN and designed by Nuvolari Lenard.
Having begun in November 2022, Arbema underwent a comprehensive, year-long refit at MB92 La Ciotat shipyard. Managed by Edmiston and Hampshire Marine, the 12-month refit project saw an all-encompassing upgrade, which leaves the yacht in immaculate condition for charter. Work across the yacht for charter included an overhaul of the interiors, owed to design house Rhoades Young.
The aim of the project was to modernise and brighten the interior, creating a stylish, minimalist look. An array of new artwork now graces the interiors, too. Her guest areas have been completely transformed, with practically every surface updated to provide a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.
Interior mood
Following her refit, Arbema is fresh and bright. Her main saloon has touches of wood panelling, which is contrasted by Bauhaus-esque artwork. Two large sofas are placed in the main saloon, where guests can spend time with larger gatherings or pre-dinner cocktails. Forward of the main saloon is a large formal dining room, which is also flooded with natural light. A large central staircase connects all the decks.
There is also a dedicated cinema room for cosy nights on board. During the refit, Arbema saw an AV upgrade, resulting in state-of-the-art tech and sound systems.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across eight well-appointed cabins. This includes a full-beam master suite with fold-down balconies, where guests can enjoy a morning espresso in the privacy of their own cabin. There is also a private lounge and massage room. Crew quarters are for 28.
Out on deck
The exterior of Arbema also received a refresh during the most recent refit, including a new paint job for the hull (from grey to dark blue) and new glass railings. She now stands in immaculate condition, ready for the charter season. Her beach club was also upgraded, featuring a sit-up bar, a gym and a lounge, along with all-new tenders and toys.
Out on deck, Arbema boasts a huge sundeck, which, according to Edmiston, is the "largest sundeck in her class". The space is complete with a pool and Jacuzzi as well as sun loungers and sunpads. Guests can slip (or slide) into the water via the yacht's inflatable slide. There is an al-fresco dining option in the yacht's skylounge as well as additional lounge spaces on the main deck aft and upper deck aft.
Toys and wellness
Arbema has an excellent selection of toys and tenders suitable for the whole family. She has several jet skis, a range of inflatables and waterskis for some adrenaline-pumping fun. For quieter options, guests can paddle around the bays on stand-up paddleboards. For golf enthusiasts, guests can launch biodegradable golf balls from the beach club out into the sea.
