The basics: Delivered in 1986 by Feadship, 49.45 metre superyacht Highlander was refitted in 2014. She can sleep up to 12 guests in seven cabins.

Highlights: Originally built for Malcolm Forbes, Highlander’s interior is a vibrant hub of art and colour. She features a media room, a sky lounge bar, dining room and an achingly modern main saloon. One of her most alluring design accents is a marble floating staircase, which rivals only the brooding private study in terms of contemporary style.

Her spacious decks boast a Jacuzzi with loungers and a sleek al fresco bar. Invite friends for drinks after a day of watching the races at the Monaco Grand Prix and enjoy a myriad of options for dinner under a sky pricked with stars.

Charter rate: Managed for charter by Edmiston, Highlander has a special rate of $130,000 for the five days of the Monaco Grand Prix.
