Charter Douce France in French Polynesia
The 42.2m (138’) sailing catamaran Douce France will be available for charter in French Polynesia from December 2014 to February 2015.
Built in aluminium and delivered in 1998, she is one of the world’s largest sailing catamarans and offers stimulating performance as well as luxurious accommodation.
Her interior has a feel of understated elegance, decorated throughout in mahogany and rosewood. The windows on the curvaceous deckhouse provide wonderful 360 degree views for guests relaxing in the main lounge.
Up to 12 guests are accommodated in six air-conditioned staterooms. Each of these staterooms is lined with pale sycamore wood and offers the option of either a queen-double or twin bed arrangement. At 50sqft in size, this also leaves ample room for a convertible desk/dressing table. All have spacious en suite shower facilities.
Douce France has the option of no fewer than three dining areas in a spacious cockpit pleasantly shaded by the overhang of the deckhouse, the more intimate and formal lounge or on the teak aft deck where guests can enjoy dining under the stars.
Water toys include two tenders, two sailing dinghies, sea kayaks, snorkelling gear, scuba diving equipment, water skis and various towables.
Douce France charters through Ocean Independence at weekly rates from €105,000 in high season and €95,000 in low season.
