Looking for a last-minute superyacht charter at a heavily discounted rate? BOAT seeks out the best deals in the luxury yacht charter market for the 2024 summer season...

Stats: 85m, Lürssen, 2017 (2024), 12 guests, 28 crew
The deal: A 20 per cent discount from 6-24 July

Highlights: With a supreme build team of Lürssen and Winch Design, it’s no surprise that 85-metre Gigia a master of the charter fleet. Hot on the heels of a 2024 refit, her interiors call to classic American style with a grand, but calming feel to it –  think lots of taupe and cream. The 85-metre also features an impressive spa, which is at the heart of the design. Here guests will find a 5.68-square-metre steam room, an eight-square-metre sauna and a 20-square-metre wellness lobby covered in mosaics by Andjelka Radojevic.

Accommodation on board is for 12 across nine glamorous cabins that echo the same impressive style as the rest of the yacht.

Gigia is available to charter with Burgess at a weekly rate from €1,000,000 excluding the deal.


Stats: 56m, Benetti, 2005 (2023), 12 guests, 12 crew
The deal: A 20 per cent discount 23-29 July in Naples

Highlights: The 56-metre Benetti is looking for guests to snap up a charter in Naples this July with a whopping discount of 20 per cent. Delivered in 2005, Jaguar's exterior and naval architecture was created by Italian designer Stefano Natucci. A highly successful charter vessel, Jaguar is in immaculate condition, having undergone a comprehensive refit and interior refresh last year.

Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in six cabins, with further space for 13 crew. The full-beam master cabin on the main deck offers an office, private access to the yacht's well-equipped gym, and a bathtub with sea views. An ensuite VIP cabin is on the upper deck, while the remaining guest cabins are on the lower deck.

Jaguar is available to charter with Edmiston with a weekly rate from €290,000 excluding the deal. 


Stats: 55m, 2020, Amels, 12 guests, 13 crew
The deal: A 10 per cent discount on the remaining August dates of 1-8 and 20-31

HIghlights: Galene offers an impressive collection of water toys and vast outdoor spaces that make her perfect for summer cruising. Guests can soak up the sunshine on the top deck with a dip in the Jacuzzi or an al fresco meal, or relax in the dedicated sunbathing area or by the sheltered cocktail bar. Fold-out balconies in the main deck saloon and the master cabin allow for an even more seamless connection with the outdoor world from the interior, which also boasts a cinema room.

Galene is available for charter with Y.CO for a weekly rate from €315,000 excluding the deal.

Mr T

Stats: 46m, Baglietto, 2014, 12 guests, 9 crew
The deal: A 25 per cent discount off low season rate in September

Highlights: Built in 2014 and following a recent refit in 2023, this yacht for charter is a fine example of Baglietto's build quality. Mr T's interiors are a blend of Italian and Scandinavian styles with neutral tones and pops of sky-blue soft furnishings, Her flybridge has plenty of space for sunbathing, while also featuring a dining area, bar and barbecue. Her 25-square-metre beach club is also primed for entertainment, brimming with water toys and a workout room filled with the latest gear. With accommodation for 12 guests on board across five cabins, Mr T is a fine choice for both families and friends this season in the Mediterranean

Mr T is available to charter with Ocean Independence with a weekly rate from €225,000 per week excluding the deal.

Talisman Maiton

Stats: 54.2m, Turquoise, 2006 (2012), 12 guests, 13 crew
The deal: A 15 per cent discount on one-week charters taking place in July in the West Mediterranean or Adriatic

Highlights: A forever favourite yacht on the charter market, 54.2-metre Talisman Maiton is a true entertainer. She boasts huge exterior spaces with an open-plan sundeck which was made for sunbathing, with sunpads angled to ensure guests can catch the rays at every angle.  Here guests will also find a Jacuzzi forward with 360-degree views of the Mediterranean. Inside, her styling blends Asian influences with Art Deco design cues which come together in one elegant package. 

Accommodation on board the charter yacht is for 12 guests across six well-appointed cabins, two of which (the master and the VIP cabin) are situated on the main deck. For those who want to let off some steam on board, Talisman Maiton has a fully stocked gym, as well as jet skis, sea bobs and inflatable tows on the water. 

Talisman Maiton is available for charter with Burgess with a weekly rate of €231,000 excluding the deal.


Stats: 69.6m, 2005, Vuyk, 26 guests, 19 crew

The deal: Availability in Italy or South of France from 9-23 July with a reduction of €95,000

Highlights: First launched in 1966 by Vuyk in the Netherlands as the passenger ship Princess Margaret, Sherakhan's life on the charter market began in 2005 when she was extensively rebuilt as a luxury vessel. Today she is a charter machine, comfortable circumnavigating the world while carrying guests in supreme comfort. Her interiors follow a crisp white palette in an array of subtle textures, offering a fresh canvas to complement the array of onboard curios, which have been collected over her travels. With more than enough room on board for her full complement of 26 guests, she even has an 18-person Jacuzzi on the top deck. 

Sherakhan is available to charter with Y.CO with a weekly rate from €545,000 excluding the deal.
